Yes We Can Clinics

Yes We Can Clinics (YWCC) was founded in 2010 by Jan Willem Poot. We have since grown into one of the most successful youth clinics in Europe, contracted by 355 Dutch municipalities and partner of all major Dutch insurance companies and improving the lives of thousands of young people (fellows) aged 13 to 27 suffering from mental health issues, addictions and behavioural problems, as well as their families. The clinic continuously treats 165 fellows from the Netherlands, most of which have had many unsuccessful treatments at other health care organisations. When all else fails, YWCC is the turning point in the lives of many young people and their parents and carers .

Yes We Can Clinics offers inpatient treatment at our clinic in Hilvarenbeek and intensive, outpatient day treatment in Eindhoven – during which fellows learn to recognise their problems, ask for help and master the tools to deal with them. The treatments are followed by an extensive aftercare programme. Parents and/or carers of the fellow follow their own programme. During treatment, psychiatrists, psychologists, paraprofessionals, expert by experience counsellors, housekeeping, our own kitchen staff and facility services work day and night to give these young people and their families the beautiful life that they deserve.

Our unique treatment method is very effective: after treatment at YWCYC, 74% of the fellows no longer require specialised care and 91% have meaningful daytime activities (school/work).
