How you make a difference in the lives of our young people and their families

As a Treatment Coordinator at Yes We Can Youth Clinics, you play a crucial role for fellows, their families and external contacts, in which you bear a wide range of responsibilities during the entire treatment process, from intake/admission to discharge. In your role, you make an initial assessment of the issues during the intake interviews that you conduct and discuss this with your colleagues in the multidisciplinary team of which you are a part. You are responsible for the preliminary treatment plan including a preliminary descriptive diagnosis.

During treatment you are the important link between the clinic and the parents and other external parties. You follow the progress of the fellows during weekly phone contact with your colleagues in the clinic and near the end of the treatment you are responsible for gathering all the information from the clinic and the family programme to coordinate the aftercare, both internally and externally. This includes coordinating with external support services and agencies to facilitate continuous support for the fellow, even after their time with us has ended. As a Treatment Coordinator you have an overview of the treatment of the fellows and their families from the beginning to the end.

At Yes We Can Youth Clinics, you work in equality with your colleagues, such as psychiatrists and case managers and actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure an integrated approach to care for each fellow and their families.

What makes working within Yes We Can unique?

A Unique Programme

Our unique approach and treatment are based on the 10 actions, derived from the 12 steps of the Minnesota Model. Our goal is to provide personalised treatment, placing the needs of each fellow and their families at the forefront and allowing for adjustments that are most effective for their recovery process.

Freedom to Create Customized Treatments

At Yes We Can Youth Clinics, we work without strict protocols; instead, we encourage creativity and think outside the standard frameworks. We believe in collaboration and flexibility, so we can tailor the approach to what works or doesn't work for each fellow.

Every day is different

Each day brings new challenges and experiences, making your work dynamic and varied. This provides us with new opportunities every day to offer our fellows and their families what they deserve: a warm welcome to Yes We Can Youth Clinics.

Why you fit into the Yes We Can Family

As a qualified psychologist or remedial educationalist, ideally with prior experience working with our target group, you're poised to assume a pivotal role within our team. You meet the requirements of the Healthcare Performance Model and you have a BAPD and SKJ registration (or have completed the youth subjects package).

You find it exciting to work in a grateful, open environment where hospitality is highly valued. You enjoy systemic work, have strong communication skills, love collaborating with colleagues from various disciplines and backgrounds as well as with important external and international contacts such as referrers, after care partners and other health care providers.

Your innate motivation, drive, and enthusiasm are key traits that fuel your commitment to the work. Your warm demeanour and unwavering dedication align seamlessly with the vision upheld by Yes We Can Youth Clinics, making you an integral part of what makes our approach unique and effective.
