Yes We Can Youth Clinics is one of the most successful youth clinics for young adults aged 13 to 25 with mental health issues, addictions and behavioural problems.

To continue our success and realise our growth ambitions, we are looking for an expert-by-experienced Case Manager for our headquarters in Oirschot.

How you make a difference in the lives of our young people and their families

As a Case Manager for Yes We Can Youth Clinics, you serve as a trusted source of support—often at a time when emotions run high and certainty feels far away. With warmth, clarity and structure, you guide families through every step of the process, from the first contact at the intake to the moment the fellow begins a new life in recovery. Your lived experience allows you to connect authentically with both the fellows (how we call the young adults) and their parents or caregivers. By sharing your personal story openly, you build trust and lay the foundation for a strong and supportive relationship.

You carefully assess whether a fellow is a good fit for our treatment programme, using motivational interviewing techniques and compassionate curiosity to understand each unique situation. Your work helps families regain confidence, both in themselves and in the future. From practical coordination to arranging the aftercare, you ensure that the entire treatment process is guided with dedication and empathy.

You often act as the first point of contact for international families. This means you navigate different cultural backgrounds and time zones with ease, providing guidance, clarity and reassurance in what is often an emotional and uncertain time. Whether you're on the phone with parents from the United States, answering questions from a healthcare professional from the UK, or welcoming a fellow from the Middle East, you adapt your communication with empathy and professionalism, ensuring everyone feels seen, understood and supported—no matter where they are in the world.

Thanks to your lived experience, you have an unique ability to see through the masks our fellows sometimes wear. With empathy and openness, you build trust by lovingly confronting when needed and connecting from a place of true understanding. You recognise emotions that others may overlook, and you respond with warmth, clarity and authenticity. You bring clarity to complex situations and offer families the reassurance they so deeply need.

What makes working within Yes We Can unique?

Everything for the fellow

At Yes We Can Youth Clinics, connection with our fellows is at the heart of everything we do. We approach our work with emotion, authenticity and creativity—adapting our way of working to what each fellow truly needs. No fellow is the same, and that’s exactly why we tailor our approach to each individual, every single time.

An unique intake

Our goal is to provide a personalised intake experience in which connection comes first. As a Case Manager, you are the very first Yes We Can team member that fellows and their families meet. And nothing is more important than that first conversation—because it sets the tone for everything that follows.

Multidisciplinary collaboration

In this role, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team. Together with psychologists, psychiatrists, other case managers and healthcare specialists, you ensure that each fellow receives the care and guidance that fits them best. We believe in doing things as a team—and that is shown in everything we do.

Your experience makes the difference

At Yes We Can, your life experience is your strength. It helps you truly connect with fellows. Through intervision and supervision, we reflect, grow and support each other—both personally and professionally.

Why you belong in the Yes We Can Family

You are a warm, structured and empathetic professional who remains calm and clear in high-pressure situations. You love working in a dynamic environment and thrive when you can make real, lasting impact. Building trust is your top priority—and something that comes naturally to you.

You are an expert by experience and have completed the 12-Step programme (or a comparable programme such as the 10-Actions) in a clinical setting. You are at least two years into recovery and complete sober. You feel comfortable sharing your own story and understand how this can help fellows and their families open up and feel heard. Your unique life experience enables you to look beyond masks and connect with others in a way that is loving, honest and truly meaningful.

You speak and write English fluently, and you must currently live in the Netherlands to be considered for this role.

About Yes We Can Youth Clinics

When all else fails, Yes We Can Youth Clinics provides a solution for many young adults, aged 13 to 25, struggling with mental health issues, addictions and behavioural problems. Every year, we treat more than 1.500 young adults in our national and international clinics. Our treatment programme consists of a 10-week residential treatment programme, followed by a 10-week aftercare programme. We have proven to be successful: about 74% of our former fellows no longer need specialised care after completing Yes We Can Youth Clinics.

Since the start in 2011, unconditional warmth, safety and confrontation at the right time are pivotal. Together with other young people (called “fellows”) from all around the world, they will learn to recognise and acknowledge their problems, ask for help and speak out. In parallel with the child’s treatment, parents/carers will participate in an intensive family coaching- and counselling programme. During the treatment, over 500 highly specialised healthcare professionals work hard to help the fellows and their families turn hopelessness into happiness.
